As a result of ethnic cleansing, perpetrated by Azerbaidjan, 120 000 Armenians became refugees, losing their homes and lands. Blooming Armenia has been continuously supporting dozens of families to help them settle. 📈 The results of the "From Business Plan to Business Implementation" program were summed up on May 17 2022. The 15 participants presented their business ideas to the committee members, substantiated and put forward arguments to show effectiveness, presented the risks, the ways to prevent them and the final picture. 🔻 The committee members were : 1. Tatevik Khatchikian - Founder of "Blooming Armenia" NGO 2. Armen Zakaryan - Projects Coordinator of #UMCOR Armenia Charitable Foundation 3. Anna Sargsyan - Leading specialist of the economic development and foreign relations department of Kapan municipality. The official inauguration of the brand new Community Center in Koghes village (Lori) took place in October 2021. Local officials, along with the founders of Blooming Armenia, Tatevik and Lilit Khatchikian opened the Center in the presence of children, who will be the main beneficiaries of this warm and cosy place. The center was completely refurbished with high quality equipment. The Center will host after school development activities for children, as well as monthly events organised by Blooming Armenia in order to revive the social and cultural life in the village. On sept. 27th 2020, Azerbaidjan with the support of Turkey and djihadist mercenaries, started their aggression against the civilians of Artsakh in Armenia. Blooming Armenia's team in Armenia and France, quickly started a fundraising effort, as a result of which drugs, food, clothes and other useful items were bought and sent directly to the front. After 44 days of unequal fight, a cease-fire was signed, yet the ethnic cleansing of the region has unfortunately taken place, with thousands of refugees, killed civilians, destroyed infrastructures and cultural sites. Blooming Armenia is more than ever determined to continue its initiatives, because the armenian spirit has never been broken! Armenia will stand up and will bloom again! Thanks to the joint efforts and financial contribution between Blooming Armenia and New Semyonovka, as well as with the support of the local community, a bus station was built on the main street of the village. The famous street artists Lusine Khandilyan and Arsen (taxen), gave the stop a special look, making it colorful and cheerful. «Ծաղկող Հայաստան»-ի և «Նոր Սեմյոնովկա»-ի նախաձեռնությամբ ու ֆինանսական ներդրմամբ, ինչպես նաև համայնքի օժանդակությամբ Սեմյոնովկա գյուղի կենտրոնական փողոցի վրա կառուցվեց նորարար լուծումներով կանգառ՝ նպատակ հետապնդելով դառնալ անցորդների համար գրավիչ և հետաքրքիր վայր: Մեզ սիրով արձագանքած հայտնի սթրիթարթիստ Lusine Khandilyan illustrations ու նրան միացած նկարիչ Արսենը (Arsist Taxen) կանգառին յուրահատուկ տեսք տվեցին՝ այն դարձնելով գունեղ կանգառ։ Մեծ սիրով հայտնում ենք շնորհակալություն մեզ աջակցող յուրաքանչյուր մասնակցին:
